- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1 lb
- can mushrooms, chopped - 1 item
- can ripe olives, sliced - 1 item
- wide egg noodles
How to make mexican chicken:
Mix Velveeta, Ro-Tel and soup in dish in microwave until creamy. Cook egg noodles until almost done. Mix everything together and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
