  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1 lb
  • can mushrooms, chopped - 1 item
  • can ripe olives, sliced - 1 item
  • wide egg noodles

How to make mexican chicken:

Mix Velveeta, Ro-Tel and soup in dish in microwave until creamy. Cook egg noodles until almost done. Mix everything together and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
