- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked and boned - 7 item
- large onion, cut in rings - 1 item
- sliced Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers - 1 item
- bags nacho cheese chips - 2 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Layer chicken, onion rings and sliced cheese. Mix soups, broth and tomatoes and pour over chicken. Place chips on top (crushed). Bake until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
