How to make mexican chicken:
Sauce: onion1 stick butter1 can Ro-Tel1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 lb. Velveeta cheese Place chicken in a long shallow baking dish. Cover with layer of Doritos. Add sauce and bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.Sauce: Saut diced onion in butter or margarine. Add Ro-Tel, soups and Velveeta. Cook on low until all has melted and is well blended together.
