Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
- head lettuce, shredded - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
- can taco sauce - 1 item
- medium bag Doritos tortilla chips, crumbled - 1 item
How to make mexican chef salad:
Brown hamburger. Add beans and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile chop tomatoes, onion and lettuce. Toss with cheese and taco sauce. Add tortilla chips. Add beef and bean mixture last and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
