  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 pkg
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • jar taco sauce - 1 item
  • cooked hamburger - 1 lb
  • jar enchilada sauce - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Line large flat pan with tortillas. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over tortillas. Add grated cheese on top. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
