- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- jar taco sauce - 1 item
- cooked hamburger - 1 lb
- jar enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Line large flat pan with tortillas. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over tortillas. Add grated cheese on top. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
