Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 3
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- medium size jar picante sauce - 1 item
- medium size bag nacho Doritos - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown onion and ground beef together. Drain. Add soups, milk and picante sauce to meat mixture. Let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Pour half of mixture into baking dish and top with layer of crumbled up Doritos and cheese. Add remaining meat mixture and top with chips and then both cheeses. Bake at 400° for about 25 to 30 minutes. Let set for about 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
