- diced onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- diced bell pepper - 1 item
- cans Ranch Style beans - 2 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat, pepper and onion together. In a dish, layer the chips, meat mixture, 1 can beans and cheese. Make second layer of each. Mix soup and Ro-Tel together; pour over the top. Cover with cheese. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
