Mexican casserole



  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • small onion - 1 item
  • cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
  • can Pet milk - 1 (13
  • can each: cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice - 1/2 lb
  • taco flavored Doritos, crushed* - 2 pkg

How to make mexican casserole:

*For easy dividing, crush each bag separately.

Cook ground beef and onion and lightly brown together. Break meat up with a fork as it cooks. While meat cooks, mix together tomatoes, milk and soup.

Crush Doritos. Poke a hole or two in top side of bag and crush in bag. Distribute 1 package evenly over bottom of a large baking pan, at least 13 x 10 x 2-inch. Pour half the liquid mixture over this. Top with half the meat. Repeat this procedure. Top with grated cheese. Cover tightly with foil, puffing foil over top to keep from touching cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
