Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- ground chuck
- large onion - 1 item
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
- large can pinto beans - 1 item
- large can corn - 1 item
- shredded cheese American or Cheddar - 2 c
- nachos or Doritos
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat with onion; drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Cook, until bubbling, on medium heat. Stir often. Pour into large pan, top with Doritos and sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven around 400°. Remove when cheese melts.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
