Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/4
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- tortillas - 1 pkg
- small jar taco sauce - 1 item
- sharp or mild Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can chili peppers, chopped - 1 oz
How to make mexican casserole:
Place a layer of tortillas in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Brown meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder; add remaining ingredients except cheese. Place layer of meat mixture over tortillas, then layer of tortillas, then meat mixture. Add grated cheese.
