- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 to
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- large bag nacho cheese Doritos - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown ground beef; drain. Pour in Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and taco mix. Heat, then add Velveeta cheese (cut up). Heat until cheese is melted. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer bottom with 1/2 bag of chips, then pour half meat mixture evenly; layer again with chips. Then top with remaining meat mixture. Garnish top with a few crumbled chips.
