- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can water - 1/2 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- tortillas, torn in pieces - 8 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Fry beef and onion until it loses its pink color. Add enchilada sauce, salt, pepper, water, soup and green chilies. In a 2-quart casserole layer tortillas and meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° until hot through.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
