  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can water - 1/2 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • tortillas, torn in pieces - 8 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Fry beef and onion until it loses its pink color. Add enchilada sauce, salt, pepper, water, soup and green chilies. In a 2-quart casserole layer tortillas and meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° until hot through.
