Mexican casserole



  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
  • Fritos - 1 pkg
  • grated American cheese - 1 c
  • small cans green chiles - 2 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown hamburger; drain. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer. Alternate layers of Fritos, hamburger, cheese, chiles and end with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted on top. Serves 4.
