Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
- Fritos - 1 pkg
- grated American cheese - 1 c
- small cans green chiles - 2 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown hamburger; drain. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer. Alternate layers of Fritos, hamburger, cheese, chiles and end with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted on top. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
