  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • bag tortilla chips - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown ground meat and onion, season to taste. Combine enchilada sauce, soup and milk; heat. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, layer chips, meat and onions, sauce mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
