- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown ground meat and onion, season to taste. Combine enchilada sauce, soup and milk; heat. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, layer chips, meat and onions, sauce mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
