  • pkg - 1 oz
  • ground beef, browned - 1 lb
  • cans refried beans - 2 oz
  • soft flour tortilla shells - 1 pkg
  • can enchilada sauce mild or hot - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

On each tortilla shell, evenly divide and spread down center one can of refried beans and the ground beef. Roll up, tucking in ends as you roll. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread one can of refried beans on top. Pour enchilada sauce over. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° about 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and casserole heats through.
