Mexican casserole


Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- ground beef, browned - 1 lb
- cans refried beans - 2 oz
- soft flour tortilla shells - 1 pkg
- can enchilada sauce mild or hot - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
On each tortilla shell, evenly divide and spread down center one can of refried beans and the ground beef. Roll up, tucking in ends as you roll. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread one can of refried beans on top. Pour enchilada sauce over. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° about 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and casserole heats through.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
