Ingredients/Components
- bag corn chips - 14 oz
- grated New York cheese - 1/2 c
- large onion slices - 1 c
- 2 can chili con carne
- 2 can Ranch Style beans, drained
How to make mexican casserole:
Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Fill with thin layers of chili beans, onion and corn chips. Have chili on the top layer. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until heated and browned. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
