Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- black olives, chopped - 1 c
- English muffins, halved - 6 item
How to make mexican bites:
Blend all ingredients, except muffins. Toast muffins until half dark. Top with mixture and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Pork sausage.
