Ingredients/Components
- Ground Beef - 1-1/2 lb
- Cup Water - 1 item
- Chili Powder - 2 Tbsp
- Onion, Chopped - 1 item
- Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves - 1/4 tsp
- Can Tomato Soup - 1 item
- Can Beef Broth
- Medium Potatoes, Cubed Small - 1 item
- Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained - 1 item
How to make mexican beef stew:
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add soup broth, water, potatoes and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn and heat until hot. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Good with tortilla chips and sour cream.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Stew.
