Ingredients/Components

  • Ground Beef - 1-1/2 lb
  • Cup Water - 1 item
  • Chili Powder - 2 Tbsp
  • Onion, Chopped - 1 item
  • Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • Can Tomato Soup - 1 item
  • Can Beef Broth
  • Medium Potatoes, Cubed Small - 1 item
  • Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained - 1 item

How to make mexican beef stew:

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add soup broth, water, potatoes and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn and heat until hot. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Good with tortilla chips and sour cream.
