Ingredients/Components

  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can water - 2/3 item
  • American cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies - 1 item
  • taco-flavored Doritos - 1 pkg
  • onion flakes or 1 medium onion, chopped

How to make mexican beef casserole:

Brown beef; drain. Place in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle onion and garlic on beef. Sprinkle half of cheese on this.

Crush chips and sprinkle on cheese. Mix soups, Ro-Tel and water together and pour over chips. Add rest of cheese and crushed chips. Bake at 350° until brown.
