- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- diced tomatoes - 1 item
- large can refried beans - 1 item
How to make mexican bean dip:
Mix taco seasoning into refried beans. Spread into small casserole dish. Spoon sour cream on top of and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes.Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
