- sour cream - 1 c
- chicken broth - 1 can
- shredded lettuce - 4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- medium tomato, cut into wedges - 1 item
- chili seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- small chopped green pepper - 1 item
- 1/2 cup instant rice - 1 item
How to make mexicali rice:
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Add broth, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice and green pepper; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
