  • cherry tomatoes, halved - 10 item
  • green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • fresh mushrooms, halved - 1/4 lb
  • fettuccine - 1 pkg
  • avocados, diced - 2 item
  • whole pitted ripe olives - 1 can
  • fresh green chili peppers Anaheim or Poblano - 2 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • vinaigrette dressing - 1 item

How to make mexicali pasta salad:

Cook fettuccine; drain and set aside. Add remaining ingredients. Bell pepper may be substituted for chili peppers. Toss with fettuccine and vinaigrette dressing.
