Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped ripe olives - 3/4 c
- 6 oz
- mayo - 2 Tbsp
- jars picante sauce - 2 oz
- large avocados - 2 item
- peeled and chopped tomatoes - 3 c
How to make mexicali dip:
Mash avocado, garlic, lemon juice and mayo. Spread evenly in 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Spread sour cream over. Drain picante sauce and spoon over. Top with layer of olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 6 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
