Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped ripe olives - 3/4 c
  • 6 oz
  • mayo - 2 Tbsp
  • jars picante sauce - 2 oz
  • large avocados - 2 item
  • peeled and chopped tomatoes - 3 c

How to make mexicali dip:

Mash avocado, garlic, lemon juice and mayo. Spread evenly in 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Spread sour cream over. Drain picante sauce and spoon over. Top with layer of olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 6 cups.
