- sliced green onion - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- fresh lime juice - 1 Tbsp
- boneless skinless chicken breast - 1 lb
- red pepper bell, chopped - 1/4 c
- Schilling chicken mesquite marinade - 1 pkg
- Schilling Hot Shot! black and red pepper blend - 1/4 1/2
How to make mesquite grilled chicken with pineapple salsa:
Pineapple Salsa:1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained1/4 c. red pepper (bell), chopped1 sliced green onion1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice1 Tbsp. soy sauce1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Schilling Hot Shot! black and red pepper blend Prepare marinade according to directions. Grill chicken. Serve with Pineapple Salsa.Pineapple Salsa: Combine all ingredients.
