- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- pecans - 2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 3/4 c
How to make meringues:
Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
