Medium white sauce



  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp

How to make medium white sauce:

In saucepan, stir milk into cornstarch. Add margarine, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Makes 1 cup.

For creamed vegetables, poultry meat or fish.
