Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make medium white sauce:
In saucepan, stir milk into cornstarch. Add margarine, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Makes 1 cup.For creamed vegetables, poultry meat or fish.
