Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- pitted black olives - 1 c
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 4 oz
- dried oregano, crumbled - 3/4 tsp
- cucumber, peeled and diced - 1/2 item
- head green leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces - 1 item
- large ripe tomatoes, cut into strips - 2 item
How to make mediterranean salad:
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and cheese in large bowl. Whisk olive oil, vinegar and oregano in small bowl until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
