  • milk - 3/4 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger
  • chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • sliced mushrooms - 1/2 lb
  • dried bread crumbs - 3/4 c
  • can beef broth - 1 1/2
  • hot fluffy rice - 1 item
  • chopped dill for garnish - 1 item

How to make meatballs stroganoff:

With fork, combine hamburger, milk, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Shape into 1 3/4 inch meatballs. Brown in 2 tablespoons hot oil in 12-inch skillet. In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil. Cook onion and mushrooms with paprika until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle flour over mixture. While stirring, add beef broth. Place meatballs in mixture. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Heat through, careful not to boil. Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with dill.
