Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • applesauce - 1 c
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup
  • ground beef
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make meatballs and sauce:

Sauce:1/2 c. catsup1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 c. water Meatballs: Mix all ingredients well; shape into balls. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
