Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- lean ground beef chuck or round - 1 lb
- jar Ragu any style - 1 item
- "Spatteni" seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make meatballs:
Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Heat Ragu just to boiling; add meatballs. Lower heat and stir gently. Let cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Meatballs can be cooked on simmer for several hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
