Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 2 3
How to make meatballs:
Combine beef, egg, onion and salt and shape into 50 to 60 meatballs. Brown. Combine remaining ingredients in a large skillet; heat, stirring constantly, over low heat until smooth. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
