Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1/2 item
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley - 1/8 c
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Shape into balls
- chopped onion, very fine - 3 Tbsp
How to make meatballs:
Mix ingredients very well. Shape into balls. Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.Sauce:1 qt. spaghetti sauce2/3 qt. water pinch of oregano parsley bay leaf Simmer together, add meatballs and simmer to desired thickness.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
