Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- fresh bread crumbs - 2 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
- Kraft barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
How to make meatballs:
Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasonings. Mix lightly. Shape into small meatballs and brown in the margarine. Place in a casserole dish and combine the preserves and the barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
