Meatball stew
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- beef broth - 1 (10
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, quartered - 4 item
- small white onions, peeled - 8 item
- carrots, peeled and cut in 1-inch chunks - 4 item
How to make meatball stew:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings (except parsley). Roll into meat balls. Brown in oil in 4-quart Dutch oven. Combine soup and broth in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add parsley.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
