Meat-za pie
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- ground oregano - 1/2 tsp
- small can mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- to 3 slices cheese - 2 item
How to make meat-za pie:
Mix beef, garlic salt and milk in an 8-inch or 9-inch pie plate. Shape into a crust with a fork. Put ketchup into the center area of meat crust. Layer mushrooms or 1/4 cup chopped green pepper if you prefer on the ketchup. Break cheese into strips and crisscross over the mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
