Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • ground pork, seasoned - 1/2 lb

How to make meat loaf:

Topping:1/2 c. ketchup2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased baking dish. Will make 1 large loaf. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Make topping with ketchup and brown sugar; put on meat loaf about 10 minutes before removing from oven.
