Ingredients/Components
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth - 2 c
- dry white wine - 2 c
- oat bran - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- minced green onion - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 3/4 c
- ground thyme - 1 Tbsp
- minced celery - 1/2 c
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- tomato ketchup - 1/2 c
- bay leaves - 3 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- beef broth - 2 c
- egg substitute - 4 oz
- minced green pepper - 1/4 c
- minced garlic cloves - 2 tsp
- ground turkey breast - 1 lb
- minced red pepper - 1/4 c
- Butter Buds - 3 Tbsp
- minced carrot - 1/2 c
- crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ultra lean ground beef - 1 lb
- Saute vegetables until soft and water has evaporated
How to make meat loaf:
