- eggs - 2 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- hamburg - 2 lb
How to make meat loaf:
Mix and beat hamburg with 2 eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce. Pour tomato sauce on top of formed meat loaf. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
