Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- Minute oats - 1 c
How to make meat loaf:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup catsup. Press in an 8 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch square pan. Spread 1/4 cup catsup on top. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let set about 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
