Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 2 tsp
  • sage - 1/8 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • ground beef
  • minced onion - 3 Tbsp
  • cereal flakes - 2 c
  • Mix thoroughly and put in loaf pan

How to make meat loaf:

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and put in loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Topping:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 c. ketchup1 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix thoroughly. Spread over top of meat loaf. Bake 1/2 hour.
