Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • catsup
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • hamburger meat - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1/2 c
  • garlic and oregano to taste optional - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Sauce:1 c. catsup3 Tbsp. vinegar3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. mustard dash of Worcestershire sauce Meat: Combine all ingredients, except hamburger, then add hamburger. Shape into loaf. Place in casserole dish.

Sauce: Combine all ingredients; pour over loaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
