Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1/3 oz
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger
- tomato sauce
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- saltine crackers - 14 item
- chopped green pepper optional - 1 item
How to make meat loaf:
Sauce:10 oz. tomato sauce1/2 c. water3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. mustard2 Tbsp. vinegar Mix the first 8 ingredients and form and place in loaf pan. Then mix the last 6 ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Drain off the excess sauce and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
