Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • hamburg - 3 lb
  • dash Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped or sliced - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in loaf pan. Bake 30 or 35 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 6.

Rice may be added (cooked, 1 cup) to other ingredients to make meat loaf heavier and more filling.
