Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • sausage - 1/2 lb
  • bread crumbs or Ritz crackers - 1 c
  • ketchup or Heinz 57 sauce - 3 Tbsp

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients. About halfway through cooking, add ketchup on top of meat loaf. Cook remaining time. Cook 1 hour at 350°.
