Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- c brown sugar - 1/4 item
- c ketchup - 1/4 item
- tsp worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- medium size onion - 1/2 item
- Tbsp lemon juice - 1 item
- lb ground chuck - 2 item
- Tbsp parsley flakes - 1 item
- Tbsp tomato paste - 2 item
- medium size green pepper - 1/4 item
- c celery - 1/4 item
- pkg crackers crushed - 1 item
How to make meat loaf:
Mix together first 12 ingredients. Pat into a loaf. Put in large roaster. Mix small can of tomato paste, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce together for sauce. Pour half of sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours basting with remaining sauce mixture.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
