- eggs - 4 item
- quick oats - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- grated onion - 1 item
- fresh basil - 2 tsp
- Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
- pecan meal - 1 c
- fresh oregano - 1/2 1
- Prego spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- wheat germ optional - 1/2 c
How to make meat balls:
Mix first 3 ingredients in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and fry. Put in spaghetti sauce and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
