Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • cornstarch
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • dried parsley - 1/3 c
  • green peppers, sliced - 1 item
  • yellow mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • packaged corn flake crumbs - 1 c

How to make meat balls:

Sauce:1 1/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. water1/2 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. yellow mustard1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch green peppers, sliced Mix all ingredients together for meat balls. For dinner meat balls, make size of golf balls or larger. For snacks, use level tablespoon. After shaping meat balls, cook 1/2 hour on cookie sheet at 350° in oven. Place meat balls in roaster pan.

Cook the sauce ingredients for 5 minutes, then pour over meat balls in roaster.
