Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 2 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • cans tomato soup - 2 item
  • ground pork - 2 lb
  • ground mustard - 2 tsp
  • ground ham, cured - 3 lb

How to make meat balls:

Mix ham, pork, ground beef, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk well. Shape into balls. Mix tomato soup, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Double recipe for sauce, but make each batch separately. Serve over rice or noodles.
