Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- ground pork - 2 lb
- ground mustard - 2 tsp
- ground ham, cured - 3 lb
How to make meat balls:
Mix ham, pork, ground beef, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk well. Shape into balls. Mix tomato soup, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Double recipe for sauce, but make each batch separately. Serve over rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
