Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- small diced onion - 1 item
- Put in baking dish
How to make meat balls:
Mix the ingredients together and make into balls. Put in baking dish.Sauce:1 c. catsup2 Tbsp. vinegar3 Tbsp. brown sugar Note: I usually double this, sometimes more.Pour sauce over all meat balls. Bake, covered for 1/2 hour at 350°. Uncover and bake for 1/2 hour. Serve hot.
Note: Brown 1/2 package each of sausages and small hot dogs. Add them to meat balls after you bake them.
