- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- single saltine crackers - 12 item
How to make meat balls:
Combine crackers, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and bell pepper. Mix well; add ground beef. Form into balls; brown in skillet and add tomato soup. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
